Tap the shelf. Scan the product. Fix the system.
Your POS or ERP says how many you have. TracStor Count shows what's actually on each shelf. Associates tap a location's NFC tag, scan what's there with a phone or any Bluetooth scanner, and see live where the count differs from the system, including where “missing” stock is really sitting.

How it works
- Bring your numbers. Drop in your system's on-hand export (CSV or Excel); SKU, barcode and quantity columns are detected for you.
- Tap the shelf. Its NFC tag or QR label starts the count for that spot. Blank tag? Name it on the spot.
- Scan what's there. Camera, Bluetooth or ring scanner, NFC item tags. Case barcodes add a whole pack.
- Fix the difference. Live variance, recount only the misses, export adjustments in your system's columns.
Why it's easier
- No catalog to build and no locations to configure before the first count
- No vendor app, driver or SDK for scanners: any keyboard-mode Bluetooth scanner works
- Works offline in stockrooms, cages and coolers
- Shows where variance is, so you move stock instead of writing it off
- Per site, unlimited counters (planned pricing)

The pilot
Bring an on-hand export. We tag the stockroom with your team and run the first count together; then your team counts on its own for eight weeks while we report time per location, accuracy and time to load adjustments back.
