Enterprise›TracStor Count

Tap the shelf. Scan the product. Fix the system.

Walk the store, tap each shelf's NFC tag and scan what's there with a phone or any Bluetooth scanner. TracStor Count shows, while you count, where reality differs from your inventory system, and where the missing stock actually is.

In the pilot Built with pilot customers; location tagging and scanning are ready today.

Count›How it works

Three things to learn: tap, scan, done.

Bring your numbers

Drop in the on-hand export your POS or ERP already makes, as CSV or Excel. TracStor finds the SKU, barcode and quantity columns itself; you confirm once.

Tap the shelf

Tap the shelf's NFC tag, or scan its QR label, to start counting that spot. A blank tag? Name it right there and it's on the floor plan.

Scan what's there

Phone camera, Bluetooth scanner or ring scanner, with a beep for every scan. Scan a case to add a pack, or type a number and scan once.

Fix the difference

See every variance live, recount only the misses, then export the adjustments in the same columns you imported.

Count›Why location matters

Not just “3 short”. Where the 3 went.

A plain count tells you the system says 9 and you found 6. Because every scan in TracStor happens at a tagged location, the count also tells you that 2 are on the wrong shelf in Bay 7 and only 1 is actually missing. Move the 2, adjust the 1, and don't write off stock you still own.

  • Store-wide totals per SKU against the system's on-hand
  • Per-location totals, and per-bin comparison when your system tracks bins
  • “Not in your system” list for barcodes the system doesn't know

Use what you have. Add what's cheap.

Every input lands on the same count screen, with no vendor app, driver or SDK to install. Prices checked October 2026; sources on the hardware page.

Count›Easier by design

No setup before the first count.

Most inventory tools ask you to build a catalog, configure locations and buy hardware before anyone scans anything. TracStor Count starts at the shelf.
