Enterprise›Pilot program

Sixty days. One site. Your own stock.

We're forming the first group of TracStor Enterprise customers. Each pilot runs in one store, stockroom, maintenance crib or storeroom, with real product and a before-and-after measurement.

Pilot›How it runs

The sixty days

Week 1

Baseline

We time how long it takes to find a sample of items and to put away a delivery, before anything is labeled.

Week 2

Label and load

With your team, we lay out the site, print labels for every bay, shelf and tote, and load what's there.

Weeks 3–7

Run it

Your team uses TracStor every shift. We check in each week and ship improvements based on what you ask for.

Week 8

Measure

We repeat the baseline measurements and give you a written report with the before-and-after numbers.

What you get

  • TracStor for everyone at the pilot site, free for the pilot
  • Setup help on site or by video, and label templates for your locations
  • A thermal label printer and starter label rolls, if you need them
  • A say in what we build next, in the order you need it
  • A before-and-after report you can take to your leadership
  • Founding-customer pricing after the pilot

What we ask from you

  • One site: a store, stockroom, crib, IT room or storeroom
  • A site lead who can give us an hour a week
  • Two hours of team time for labeling and loading
  • Permission to time a sample of finds and put-aways before and after
  • Honest feedback

Pilot›Pricing

Free to pilot. Priced per site after.

TracStor Enterprise will be priced per site per month, with unlimited users at each site. Pilot customers lock in founding-customer pricing. We'll publish the price list before the first pilots finish.
